I have been suffering from chronic insomnia for years and the last few months it has been the worst it has ever been. The good news is I have been working on myself with the Genius everyday and the last 3 nights I have started to get some sleep during the night hours, previously I would only get some sleep in the early morning daylight hours. Last night I actually got about 6-7 hours of sleep and was up today at 7am (usually I am never up before 12 noon) feeling that I have slept quite well through the night. Experiencing a full day is something new for me and life changing if I can keep it going, not to mention that this is a huge positive transformation for my overall health!
